In Bosnia, Imam Mustafa Hardaga hid Jewish families in his Sarajevo mosque until the SS arrested him. Even Iran’s diplomat in Paris, Abdol Hossein Sardari, issued fake passports to thousands of Jews, exploiting Nazi racial myths to keep them safe.
